Cheese is cheaper than bread. 

People keep running in to each other on the Metro. 

The doors on the Metro take longer to close than on the Tube (the door alarm rings for longer). 

The stations on the Metro are much closer together. 

There are few things cooler than meeting a good friend in a different country. 

French people like to rollerblade. 

The streets are much wider than in London (esp the boulevards). 

We need a constitution and bill of rights for the 21st century. 

People are too busy and multitasking. Simple things that everyone needs--basic needs like food, clothing, housing, healthcare, transportation, quality education, and access to information (i.e. the internet)--should be provided to everyone equally, regardless of their status. You shouldn't have to worry about your rent and food bills if you have no income. We are rich enough to feed and shelter everyone in the US. No one should be left alone to struggle. 

Our freedoms should now be of information. We should have protections for our online identities and privacy.
