About

I keep a small notebook by my side and do my best to keep a log of my day-to-day activities. This is the result.

Last night was stressful. I had my WFG meeting, but I had to get my laptop from the apartment first. So I DROVE. 5pm From work to the apartment. 5:30. From the apartment to Glassell Park. 7PM!! To my meeting. 7:30. Back home. 9:45. Back to the apartment 11:00.

The meeting was useless too, just learning how to fill out a form online. I picked up my laundry and returned to West LA. I took a hot bath to calm my nerves and fight the cold night. I then passed out around 11:30. Or tried to. I was half groggy and heard Felix return with a girl, it sounded like. I thought I was dreaming but then I just ended up thinking, my thoughts keeping me awake. My body just wouldn't fall asleep. It was 1 am. Then 2 am. FUCK IT. I got up, drank some water, and watched an episode of Glee online. 3 am. Still no sleep! 4 am. WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING TO ME. I don't remember my last thought but I groggily awoke at 7 am, my ALARM CLOCK BLARING at me. So I got maybe 2.5 hours of sleep. I was a zombie.

I now realize that it was probably because I drank three cups of iced tea during my meeting. But am I really that sensitive to caffeine now?

To work. 8am. Yuck yuck yuck. This sucks. I'm feeling really down and depressed, frankly.

I'm just miserable and having a miserable day.

The only thing getting me through is planning to get away - maybe Austin, Texas?

Music: Bon Jovi - Livin' on a Prayer; Jamiroquai - Virtual Insanity
News: "Mystery missile" fired off the coast of LA; CSU tuition increases; Obama's in Indonesia

Hmm, they're filming what looks like America's Next Top Model right outside my building.

Lunch: Some chicken curry that my mom cooked last night.

My coworkers went downstairs to "meet the models", and you'll never guess what happened.

I exited the side staircase and was immediately asked to be filmed talking with the models!!!! HOLY SHIT. I had to sign a waiver and give them my cell phone and everything. I didn't really know what we were supposed to talk about so I kind of just asked them where they were from and small talk like that. Damnit, I should have been more creative!!! I didn't really have time either.

Haha, now I can't stop smiling :) I was so depressed this morning and now I'm on cloud nine. WHAT A DAY!

And tonight I'm going to a Stammtisch tonight in the Valley. Going to meet new people and practice my German. Toll!
